Breaking Barriers in Caribbean Healthcare: Everbrook LTD Partners with The SWT Therapy Group

A Groundbreaking Partnership: Everbrook LTD & The SWT Therapy Group

We are excited to announce a transformative partnership between Everbrook LTD and The SWT Therapy Group. This collaboration marks a major step forward in advancing non-invasive medical technologies in the Caribbean. Our shared mission is to revolutionize healthcare by making cutting-edge treatments more accessible to patients across the region. Together, we are introducing the revolutionary Storz Neurolith and other advanced technologies from Storz Medical to clinics throughout the Caribbean—a commitment we have proudly upheld since 2011.

The Visionaries Behind the Partnership

The driving forces behind Everbrook LTD, Dr. Francene Gayle and Dr. Steve Lawrence, bring expertise and passion for reshaping Caribbean healthcare.

Dr. Francene Gayle, Chief Medical Officer at Andrews Memorial Hospital in Kingston, is a distinguished Stroke Neurologist and Healthcare Quality Consultant. Her career has focused on improving patient care and integrating groundbreaking medical technologies into standard practice.

Dr. Steve Lawrence, a Multidisciplinary Transformation Specialist, brings international experience and a focus on systemic change in healthcare. Together, they form a formidable team dedicated to leading this initiative with vision and commitment.

Both professionals recently returned to Jamaica after years of practice in Canada and Bermuda. Their global experience, combined with deep knowledge of local healthcare challenges, positions them to drive this transformative journey.

Months of Collaboration and International Training

This partnership was built through months of collaboration between Dr. Gayle and Ken Brown, CEO of The SWT Therapy Group. Their discussions led to a pivotal Transcranial Pulse Stimulation Symposium in Germany last October, where they aligned on a shared vision for non-invasive medical technology in the Caribbean.

A key milestone occurred on January 16, 2025, in Neuss, Germany, where the team completed advanced training in Transcranial Pulse Stimulation. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Dr. Sprick, Head of the Neurostimulation Centre at Alexis/Josef Hospital, and senior physician Dr. Ali Reza Gunes, they mastered the Neurolith device. This training ensures they can deliver best-in-class clinical practices to the Caribbean healthcare community.

Leading Non-Invasive Brain Stimulation in the Region

One of the most exciting aspects of this partnership is Dr. Gayle’s leadership in training clinicians for new Neurolith clinic installations across the Caribbean. These clinics will serve as innovation hubs, equipping healthcare professionals with the skills to deliver life-changing treatments.

The Neurolith device represents a breakthrough in non-invasive brain stimulation technology. It offers hope to patients with neurological conditions who previously had limited treatment options. Dr. Gayle’s expertise ensures the highest standards of training and implementation, elevating healthcare quality and empowering clinicians to embrace cutting-edge treatments.

Transforming Healthcare Accessibility and Patient Outcomes

This collaboration is more than a partnership—it is a bold step toward improving healthcare access in the Caribbean. By introducing advanced non-invasive technologies like the Storz Neurolith, we are addressing critical gaps in the region’s healthcare system.

  • For Patients: Greater access to state-of-the-art treatments for stroke recovery and neurological disorders.
  • For Clinicians: Opportunities to stay at the forefront of medical innovation through specialized training.
  • For Healthcare Systems: Improved patient outcomes and reduced reliance on invasive procedures, raising the standard of care.

This initiative represents our commitment to improving lives while empowering healthcare practitioners with advanced medical solutions.

A Bold New Chapter for the Caribbean

At Everbrook LTD and The SWT Therapy Group, we believe innovation should have no boundaries. This partnership showcases what is possible when visionaries unite for a common purpose. By harnessing the power of non-invasive medical technologies, we aim to redefine healthcare in the Caribbean and create a brighter future for all.

Stay tuned for more updates as we bring this vision to life. Together, we are shaping the future of healthcare—one groundbreaking step at a time!
